perfect for preventing carpal tunnel syndrome. the material is not too hard or too soft, just right IMO. and no gel to leak out. the bottom is covered with rubber to hold it in place, which works very well. I just wish it was longer to cover both the keyboard and mouse area at the same time. but at this price, I still give it five stars.
